Roach Dynamos 1 - Old Bolts Res 2

This was a well deserved win after turning up at the pitch then walking for 6 miles round trip to the changing rooms Old Bolts were ready for this game.

We were all over them chance after chance went begging, we thought it would never go in, then Roach Dynamos had there only shot on target in the 1st and crept under Dave Hopkins. Bolts carried on the way we were playing and in the end finally got a break through from good old James Chadwick with a bit of a fumble in the area it fell kindly to Chaddy who smashed it in. In the 1st half John Collings could of had a hat-trick with his misses.

Half time 1-1!

Second half was much the same with the defence in command and the midfield looking a little more relaxed we played some nice football. Chaddy and J.C. causing loads of problems up front. Eventually we got our second goal from a corner the ball fell to Rick Kilburn who hit the ball as hard as he could with a open net in front of him and Chaddy trying to get out of the way, the ball hit Chaddy's back looped in the air and fell into the net. I think this was his best goal of his career.

A well deserved win.
